The Rips off Cape May are loaded with striped bass. Many boats and crews are getting their limits. Most if the fish weigh from the teens to between 20 and 30 pounds. The fish are biting on live eels or spot, plus chunks of bunker and clam. The weather is expected to be decent for the first time in weeks, which means there is likely to be a sizable fleet out there this weekend.
