One winner will be selected for 1st Prize, 2nd Prize and 3rd Prize. Winners will be notified by email or by phone from The Press of Atlantic City. No purchase necessary. No cash value. Non-transferrable.
Media prize packages may vary based on the winner/business objectives. Total prize value will not exceed the stated promotion value and can be equal or less to meet the business needs.
One print ad in The Press of Atlantic City and one online ad on PressofAtlanticCity.com will run based on space availability. Print and online ads must run between June 3 - June 28,2013 Monday through Saturday.
Winners can provide camera ready art subject to approval or have ads designed by The Press for review and approval with one round of edits.
Print and online ads are considered new or incremental contest ads and will not replace existing media buys or existing advertising contracts.
One Social Media Post is allowed for each prize package on the appropriate Press social media sites (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest).
Contest is valid for businesses located in the Tri-State area.
Promotion runs April 1 - May 13, 2013. Drawing on May 14, 2013.
You must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry and be affiliated with a business. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries and notified by email or phone. If winner is unreachable or if winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner will be selected. If Press of Atlantic City cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The Press of Atlantic City reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Employees of The Press of Atlantic City, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the immediate family members who own businesses are not eligible.
Businesses entering the contest agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the Contest.
Entrants further grant to The Press of Atlantic City the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
Press of Atlantic City reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the Contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, Press of Atlantic City. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
The Press of Atlantic City is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to notification within 48 hours.
Each winner is responsible and will be required to complete a Hold Harmless form for marketing promotions. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until Hold Harmless form is received.
This Contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the Contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
The Press of Atlantic City reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
